The Utah Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of a woman who forced her 4-year-old daughter to drink so much water that she died. Jennete Killpack of Springville was convicted of child abuse homicide in 2005 in the death of her adopted daughter, Cassandra. She was sentenced to one to 15 years in prison.
